Handle recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate-to-colleague transition Support employee relations and provide HR support to staff across all departments Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports in compliance with legal and company policies Assist with payroll processing, leave tracking, and benefits administration Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with company strategy Drive employee engagement programs, learning & development, and wellness efforts Stay up-to-date with labor laws, trends, and compliance requirements
